He has a Law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana, Santa Fe campus, graduated from the Senior Management Program of the IPADE Business School and has 25 years of professional experience with expertise in legal areas of civil and commercial law. He has held several positions of managerial responsibility and is currently a founding partner and CEO of Abogados Postulantes en Sociedad, S.C.

He has a Doctors Degree in Law from the United States of America. He is Bilingual.

Attorney at Law Fernando Garzón Abreu.

He has a Law Degree from the UNAM School of Law and a Master's Degree in Corporate Law from the Universidad Latinoamericana. He has more than 20 years of professional practice as a consultant and litigator, with extensive experience in Commercial Law, Tax Law, Customs Law, Foreign Trade Law and Constitutional Law; he has collaborated in the public and private sector with emphasis on the latter in the real estate and construction industry. Likewise, he is a professor of the UNAM Law School since 2010 in the subject of Constitutional Law and in the Master Course of Law of Economic Competence at the Universidad Anáhuac del Sur.

Attorney at Law. Arturo Ortíz Arista.

He has Law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico; he has 30 years of professional experience with expertise in legal areas related to family, civil and commercial litigation. He has lead management positions for Operadora Cifra Mart (currently Walmart de México), Office Depot de México, and Femsa (Coca Cola de México). He is currently the Chief Operational Officer of Abogados Postulantes en Sociedad, S.C.

Attorney at Law. Claudia G Ruiz Gómez.

She has a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Universidad La Salle, with more than 25 years of professional experience in specific areas such as bank litigation, bankruptcy, and liquidations. She was Director of Bankruptcy Affairs and Liquidations at the Federal Institute for the Protection of Bank Savings.

Attorney at Law. Juan Antonio Murguía Elizondo.

He has a Law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, with postgraduate studies in Tax Law, has 30 years of professional experience in public and private sectors in the specific areas of foreign trade, customs, and administrative litigation. He is currently a consulting leader in the importation of oil products and merchandise which for their nature require chemical analysis for their proper identification, classification, and import into Mexican territory.

She has a Law degree from the Universidad Latina. She has 20 years of experience, and a Master's Degree in Civil Procedural Law in the specialty of Oral Trials and a Doctorate in Civil Law from the Center for Higher Studies in Legal and Criminological Sciences.

Attorney at Law. Raul Aguilar Gómez.

He has a Law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and at Universidad Panamericana, Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico, Duke, Harvard Law School, Mexican Stock Exchange, Mexican Petroleum Institute, and Institute of Judicial Research of the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He is also Professor of post-graduate studies in Energy Law of the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
